Opening: Fades

From Friday, March 14, the museum will transform into a temporary barber shop! We will then open the exhibition Fades by anthropologist and barber Rayn Ramkishun and photographer Patrick Kenawy. Their photography project focuses specifically on the cultural significance of the “fades” hairstyle and delves into the culture around it: the stories, traditions and identities associated with this culture. So let your hair grow until then and come and cut it at the Van Eesteren!
